I encourage dancers to express their true, unique selves, through their hearts rather than their egos.
Embodying eastern healing principles enhances dance technique, performance and choreography. Dancers can create a healthy life style through alignment, centering, balancing yin and yang, Qigong (cultivation of moving life force through the body), and the five elements as expressed through the meridians pathways.
Exposure to the healing arts can lead dancers to health care professions.
